Support & Troubleshooting
The chances are that Mastermind Systems didn’t install your server or workstation in your office. Perhaps you don’t have the required skills to resolve a major system problem or just don’t have the time to spend looking after and maintaining the equipment yourself. This doesn’t mean to say we can’t or won’t help you when something goes wrong. We are happy to provide the level of support your business needs which may be ad hoc requirements, regular support visits, or regular remote access to check that everything is running smoothly. We have access to several tools that will enable us (with your permission of course) to connect to any PC or Server, on an “as required” basis when you may need us urgently or alternatively we can connect to your server when we need to undertake general maintenance. This is especially important if we are conducting out of hours work where we do not need to be physically located in your office and therefore we will not inconvenience you with gaining entrance and exit to your premises.
